I am a big guy with odd shape and proportions and bought this product to help smooth out some rounded areas for lack of better words. The length is great – did not ride up at all after a full day of wear; compression was adequate, disguising (not eliminating) problem areas. Had a couple of people ask if I had lost weight the first time I wore it under a suit. Wish this exact product came with sleeves. There is a product with sleeves, but didn’t see the belly-band. Again, it is not a miracle worker, but forced me to be more conscientious about posture and sucking in my own gut. Highly recommended – ordered a size up, but probably not necessary.

I was wanting something to help support my back, so I decided to try one of these shirts. I’ve been having lower back pain and thought I’d give this a try for posture. Not too bad, has helped slightly. I will continue to wear it to see if it does help my lower back pain. So far so good as I haven’t had much pain for a few days now. Will check back in with another review shortly.

I wanted to know if you had some type men’s girdle to hold in the stomach. I found right away what I wanted because you knew what I wanted by my inquiry. I was very pleased with the way my order was handled as well as receiving it in a reasonable time frame. I will definitely order again in the future.

As someone who has purchased most of Underworks different products, I must say this is by far my favorite. The material feels stronger than the version they sold before. Make sure you take your chest measurements before purchasing this and 100% follow the sizing charts. I don’t recommend purchasing a size down because you might tear the fabric, or it will just be too uncomfortable to wear. If you wear size small to slim fitting medium t shirts, definitely go with the small in this as well. You won’t be disappointed!

This undergarment has worked very effectively for me. The performance of any product however is based on how it’s used. This is my situation. I’m 52, in reasonably good shape but have a stubborn 5 pounds that has settled in around the middle and I no longer have good muscle tone in the abs. The result is my dress pants will not stay in place at the proper line on my waist, just below the belly button. They slide down unless my belt is so tight it looks good. When my pants slide down under the belly, my shirt doesn’t stay tucked and I look rumpled and unkept. This garment work just right for me to smooth out the belly fat and keep my pants in place, shirt tucked, neat and trim. It’s a bonus that it also shapes your pecs and does indeed improve your posture. As another reviewer said, I was asked if I had been working out. I can answer “Yes” honestly but it is this garment giving me a more toned appearance. Thumbs up!
